What is your returns policy?

At Tarazz we know that shopping online is sometimes tricky! This is why we offer a number of different return options for you to choose from.

Provided that you either purchase returns insurance or pay the restocking fees you can return any item that is not listed as a non-refundable item and request to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.

In order to successfully return your item each of the following criteria must be met:

  • Each item must be in its original condition: which includes tags and any packaging (including original shoe boxes), accessories, instruction manuals etc.
  • You must include any invoices or documentation which arrives in your parcel from the retailer or Tarazz.
  • The items must be securely and safely packaged – never use the item’s packaging as its only shipping box. Place the packaged item in an appropriate shipping box or bag.

Non Refundable Items
Some items available for purchase on our site cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are damaged or faulty. Non Refundable Items include:

  • Womens, Mens & Kids Intimates
