    • Do I need to be a Tarazz member to use this site?

      Yes, you must be a member in order to buy items through Tarazz.com.au. Register here—it only takes a moment, and it’s free.

    • Why would I become a Tarazz member?

      So you can shop a world of international brands without leaving home! Tarazz members enjoy smooth service,  special offers, the latest Tarazz news and extra-care services.

    • How do I become a Tarazz member?

      Simple!

      1. On the Tarazz.com.au homepage, click “Register”.
      2. Fill in your personal details - please note you must be over 18 to become a Tarazz member
      3. Read the Tarazz Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
      4. Click the “Register” button.
      5. You’ll receive an email confirming your registration as a Tarazz member.

    • I received a registration confirmation email. What do I do now?

      Nothing — this email simply confirms that you have successfully registered, and you are now a Tarazz member. You can start shopping immediately.

    • How do I change my phone number after I've registered?

      Log in to your account. Then, from the Dashboard, select “Edit your details” to edit your phone number.

    • I forgot my login details. How can I access my account?

      If you can’t remember your login details:

      1. Click on “Forgot password” on the Login page.
      2. Enter your email address and click “Send.”
      3. Check your email: you’ll receive an email containing your password, which will allow you to log in to your account.
      4. If you’ve forgotten the email address you registered with, or you’re still experiencing difficulties logging in, please contact us.
  • About my orders

    • How do I know if my order's on its way?

      You can track the progress of your order using our Track and Trace facility. This service emails you at key points in the order collation and delivery process and can be accessed by logging in to your Tarazz account and viewing the status of your open orders in the “Your Orders” list on the Dashboard.

    • Can I send my order to more than one address?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to split your order; if you would like to send items to a different address, place them as a separate order on the website.

      If you have items that are more urgent than others, we suggest you order them separately so they can be sent to you as soon as we receive them.

    • Are the products from Sephora on this website authentic?

    • Do you have a Size Guide?

      All products on Tarazz are shown in the sizing used by the retailer providing the product.

      As sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use our Size Chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size please contact us.

    • How do I know if my order's successfully placed?

      You’ll receive an email notification titled “Order Confirmation” for a successful order on Tarazz. This email will confirm that your order has been placed. It will give you an order number and list the items you purchased in the order.

      You’ll also see a confirmation page on the website once the order has been successfully submitted, and when you log in to your Tarazz account, the order will appear under “Your Orders” on the Dashboard.

    • Something happened to my computer while I was placing my order! How can I tell if my order was received?

      These things happen! Log in to your Tarazz account. All your orders are listed under “Your Orders” on the Dashboard.

      If your most recent order doesn’t appear in this list, unfortunately you’ll need to place it again, as this means it wasn't received. If it’s there, you don’t need to worry—the order was placed successfully, and you’ll receive an email confirming the order.

    • What happens if my item is out of stock?

      Tarazz retailers update their product listings here at their discretion. As a retailer may update their listing between the point at which you order their product and the time at which that order is received by them, it’s possible that on occasion the product you ordered may not be available, or may be available at a different price from that shown in your order.
      In such cases, Tarazz will contact you to inform you of the change. If the product is no longer available, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card. If the product is available at a different price, you can instruct us to remove the item from your order and refund the price that was charged to your credit card in relation to that item.

      Due to various reasons, including manufacturing availability, distribution issues or popularity, we cannot guarantee if or when an out-of-stock item will be available again.

    • I can't find the item I'm looking for on the website. Does that mean I can't purchase it here?

      Tarazz retailers change their offerings on the site frequently, so if the item you want isn’t here today, it may be available soon.

      You can recommend particular products for Tarazz to stock using the Request a Product form.

    • What products can't I order into Australia?

      Australian Customs restricts the import of certain items—see the Taxes, Duties and Prohibited Items page for details.

  • Shipping

    • Does my delivery address have to be the same as my credit card billing address?

      No, they don’t have to be the same. However, your credit card billing address must be the address you registered with your bank. This is a requirement of transaction authentication with your bank.

    • How will I know my order has been shipped?

      As soon as your order is dispatched from our US Distribution Centre, you will be sent an email via our track and trace facility to confirm that it's on its way.

       

    • Can I track my order?

      Sure can – when your order ships you’ll receive an email update from us, which contains your Australia Post tracking number; you can also sign up for email updates on the Australia Post website.

    • What if I'm not available when the delivery is made?

      If no one is available to accept your delivery and it is unable to be left in a 'safe drop' location, it’ll be lodged at your nearest Australia Post outlet, you can pick it up there during business hours.

    • What's the standard delivery time on orders?

      Deliveries usually take 8 to 16 working days once your items arrive at our US Distribution Centre.

    • I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

      Unfortuantely, once an order has been placed and confirmed on our site, we are unable to cancel it. You may be eligible for a refund based on our Returns Policy.

    • My delivery includes items I didn't order. What should I do?

      Sorry about that! Contact us to let us know about the problem. Then, return the extra item/s to Tarazz.

    • The quantities of an item in my delivery aren't right. What should I do?

      Our apologies! Contact us to let us know about the problem and we'll work with you to fix the problem.

    • An item I received is damaged. What should I do?

      Our apologies! Please see our Returns Policy on how to let us know about a faulty item.

    • An item?s missing from my delivery. What should I do?

      Contact us to let us know about the problem within two hours of the delivery.

      We’ll track the problem back and find out where things went wrong. Of course, we’ll arrange to send the missing item/s to you immediately.

    • I?m not happy with an item I bought through Tarazz. Can I get a refund or exchange on it?

      We love online shopping, and we hate being let down as much as you do. Please see our Returns Policy.

    • Is there a minimum spend amount on Tarazz?

      No, there is no minimum spend amount. You can order any item from Tarazz as a single order!

    • What payment methods do you accept?

      You can shop on Tarazz using:

    • My credit card is being rejected. What should I do?

      Transactions are usually declined for your security. Check to make sure the billing address and phone number you’ve entered for the order match the details associated with your credit card bills.

      Also, check that you’ve entered the account number, card type, expiration date and CCV number exactly as they appear on your card.

      If you’re still experiencing difficulties, contact us, or your bank.

    • I have a Promo Code for a retailer on your site, can I use it?

      Unfortunately, Tarazz cannot accept coupon or promotional codes issued by other merchants.

  • Technical issues

    • Can I save items to my shopping cart now and buy them later?

      As Tarazz retailer offers can change quickly, we can’t save the items in your cart for longer than your session.

    • My order's missing! What should I do?

      Don’t panic! Simply contact us with your order number and tracking information. We’ll gladly sort out the problem.

    • I?m having trouble logging into my account! What should I do?

      You may have trouble logging in if you aren’t entering the login details that are
      linked to your Tarazz account.

      • Make sure you’re entering exactly the right login details.
      • Check that the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard hasn’t been pressed.
      • If you’re still having problems logging in, try requesting a new password. To do this, click “Forgot password” on the Login page.
