Tarazz provides access to a large number of online retailers allowing you to shop at one or more of these stores using a single shopping cart. When you place an order through our Site you become a customer of the retailer or retailers who have accepted your order. Accordingly, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted to the Site.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, with faulty, missing or incorrect items, we’ll do everything we can reasonably do to fix it. To report damaged or faulty items:
Let us know what went wrong within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
We’ll then follow up with the participating retailer(s) on your behalf to organise a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If a replacement item is sent, you will receive Track and Trace notifications, so you know exactly how far away your replacement item is.
Provided that you pay the refund processing and administration fees (set out below) you can return any item that is not listed as a non refundable item (see below) and request a refund on your purchase within 7 days of receiving your product.
In order to return your item and receive a refund each of the following criteria must be met:
Each item must be in its original condition: which includes tags and any packaging (including original shoe boxes), accessories, instruction manuals etc.
You must include any invoices or documentation which arrives in your parcel from the retailer.
The items must be securely and safely packaged – never use the item’s packaging as its only shipping box. Place the packaged item in an appropriate shipping box or bag.
Non Refundable Items
Some items available for purchase on our Site cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are damaged or faulty. Non Refundable Items include:

Processing & Handling fee for Refunds
We charge a processing & handling fee of all refunds $29.95 for up to 2 items returned and $9.95 for every addition item returned (inclusive of GST).
We do this to ensure we can process your items as quickly as possible in order for you to receive your refund and to keep the costs of goods available on our site as low as possible.
Bulky Items will attract an additional returns charge, however this charge will be advised when a returns request is received.
No Refund of Shipping Fees
Tarazz offers free local returns with our reply paid refunds address; Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original order domestic and international shipping charges incurred when purchasing the item initially.
How to Request a Refund
Complete the Tarazz Refunds Form. Please provide the order number, description of each item and reason for return in the form.
If your returns request meets the Returns Policy conditions we will email you the details for how to return the product to our Australian office (no local postage cost for you).
Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund for the value of the goods, minus the restocking fee, to the credit card you used to place your original order. You’ll receive an email from us confirming that your refund has been processed.
Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Changes to this Refund Policy
Tarazz may amend this Refund Policy from time to time and will notify you of any material changes by displaying the revised Refund Policy on our website.
